Corinium Movers can offer a full or part house/office clearance. We are fully registered waste carriers and can supply our number to you upon request. You should always ensure that whoever is carrying out your clearance has a valid Waste Carrier Licence, failure of your enlisted company to adhere to this may result in you as the client being liable for any incurred costs if the items are fly tipped.
Because some clearances can be of a very sensitive nature, we do our utmost to minimise any distress caused. We have been completing clearances for more than 10 years and always try and make what can be a very daunting and sometimes sad experience run as smoothly as we possibly can.
Where we can, we will always try and give furniture a new lease of life by donating to various charities.
We will visit the site to make a full assessment, and this will enable us to provide you with a fixed price quotation which will include all costs incurred.
We are able to collect keys from agents if required and return them when the job has been completed, most Estate Agents in Cirencester know us and this is a service that we are happy to provide if needed.

Prior to the clearance of the property, we would recommend that anything of value or sentimental value is removed from the house.
To minimise the cost of the clearance it might be worth contacting a Charity such as the British Heart Foundation to see if they would like any of the furniture, they normally collect and resell items in their shops. This would then bring down the overall cost of the clearance as there would not be so much to be collected by the clearance company.
